COVID-19 Update

March 26, 2020

Dear Friends and Child Center Families,

As of Monday, March 30, 2020 we will be temporarily suspending all in-office services as we respond to the evolving information regarding COVID–19 and it’s rapid spread. As of Monday, Dr. Bartnick will be available for counseling sessions, consultation, and parent support services via phone or virtual meetings. Unfortunately, evaluation services will be temporarily suspended until the office can reopen safely.

Families already scheduled for the remainder of this week will be seen in our office as planned.

You can schedule new virtual sessions with Dr. Bartnick and every effort will be made to meet the needs of your family. Also, please contact us to add your future office visits to our list and you will receive priority scheduling once our office is reopened.

Please let us know if you would like more information about virtual meetings and future evaluation services. You can continue to contact us via email and voicemail. Our messages will be checked as often as possible.

This is an evolving issue with new information coming forth daily. We appreciate your trust in our services. We will continue to closely monitor and take action as necessary to keep our staff and our Child Center families safe.
